4. Accounts, Admin Access, and Security

Certain features, such as the admin portal used to manage events, devotions, sermons, gallery items, live streams, announcements, and testimonies, are available only to people authorised by Liberation Bible Church. You agree not to access, attempt to access, or interfere with any restricted functionality unless you have been explicitly authorised. If you are granted access, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or revoke access at any time if we believe it is being misused or poses a security risk.

5. User Submissions (Testimonies and Other Content)

The website may allow you to submit content, such as testimonies (including text, audio, or video), event registrations, or other information. By submitting content, you confirm that:

You have the right to share it, and it does not violate any law or the rights of any person
It is accurate and not abusive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful
It does not contain sensitive personal information or details you would not want made public
You consent to us reviewing, moderating, editing, refusing to publish, or removing it at our discretion

You keep ownership of content you submit. If we publish it, you grant Liberation Bible Church a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with our ministry and website. We will not publish a testimony without your consent.

6. Media, Live Streams, and Embedded Content

We publish sermons, videos, photo galleries, and live streams, and we may embed content from third-party platforms such as YouTube. In particular:

Live streams are broadcast through our official YouTube channel and may not always be available during or after the service.
Recorded services, sermons, and other media are provided for your personal spiritual growth and may be removed or updated at any time.
Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their content, availability, or practices.
Streaming or downloading media may use the data allowance of your internet or mobile provider, and you are responsible for any associated charges.

7. Church Services and Events

The website provides information about church services, events, and ministries. While we work hard to keep this information current and accurate, schedules and details may change. We reserve the right to modify service times, event details, or ministry programmes without prior notice, and we are not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.

8. Donations and Giving

We provide several ways to give, including during services, mobile money (MTN Mobile Money, AT Money), and bank transfer. By giving, you acknowledge that:

Your gift is given freely and willingly to support the ministry, and we are grateful for every contribution.
Donations are generally non-refundable. We will, however, correct a transaction if it was processed in error or you made a mistake in the amount or recipient.
Mobile money and bank transactions are processed by your provider on their own terms, and we do not store your PIN or card details.
We are not giving you tax, financial, or investment advice; please seek professional advice for your own circumstances.

9. Website Features and Interactive Services

Our website provides interactive features including dynamic content via secure APIs (devotions, events, sermons, testimonies, gallery, and live streams), a persistent audio player, social sharing, search and filtering, dark/light theme preferences, push notifications where enabled, and a mobile-optimised interface. We may modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that respects others. Prohibited behaviour includes:

Harassing, threatening, or causing distress or inconvenience to any person

We have not reviewed all of these sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link or embed does not imply endorsement by Liberation Bible Church.
